Starting School
Within this Education Authority, provision is made for children to start school in the school year following their fourth birthday. In line with OCC policy all new entrants attend school on a full-time basis following their induction period. Our maximum admission number for each academic year is 30 children.
If you have a child born between 1 September 2018 to 31 August 2019 you will need to apply for entry to our reception class for September 2023. Further details are available on the Oxfordshire website.
Nursery
We opened our Nursery Class in September 2018 and now have 78 part time places for children age 2 ½ and over. In line with the OCC Nursery Admission Policy we offer universal Early Education Funding places to children the term after their third birthday and at the start of a school term, ie: September, January and April.
If you are thinking of applying for a place in our Nursery please do look at the information on the Nursery Class tab and come and visit our lovely setting!
We continue to develop close links with all local nurseries and preschools to ensure continuity of education for all children entering our Foundation Class. All children and parents are given plenty of opportunities to meet the Foundation Stage team before they start school and we hold a variety of induction events to give your child the very best start.
