What is FoDS? Why are we here? What are we trying to achieve?

Friends of Ducklington School or FoDS as it is know, is a group of parents, with the support of the headteacher and school staff who organise and run fundraising events for the children and their families throughout the year.

Every parent is automatically a member of FoDS when their child starts at Ducklington Primary School.

All the money raised by FoDS goes towards helping the school purchase additional resources, such as helping Year 6 with their £5 challenge, or subsidising panto trips.

Our PTA vision is to build relationships with teachers and parents, help support the school and our children’s education and surroundings.

You can choose how much time and help you give to the PTA. It could be that you volunteer to help on a stall at the school fairs, come along to a PTA meeting, or suggest a fundraising idea. All support is welcome.
